Sheridan Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

If paying your bill Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  Have your account number handy and follow the prompts. (Fees apply)

• We use Paystar for our Online Billing.
• You can sign up for ebilling, and notifications.
• Sign up for Auto Pay from your debit or credit card.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office, located at 5725 Avenue D in Sheridan. We accept cash, check, credit, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  If using our drop off locations please mark your envelopes with your customer account number and seal the envelopes.

Payment By Phone

We do accept payment by phone.  Please call 979-234-7422 to make your payment.  Because we use online billing for phone payments there will be a fee applied to your ending total to process the payment.
